Week after week she’s shown up, stayed consistent, and given her all and it’s paying off in the best way. The development through her back and upper body has been incredible to watch, and the confidence that’s come with it is even better 😍

What I love most about this transformation is that it hasn’t been about chasing quick fixes or huge overnight changes, it’s been about showing up, session after session, training with intent, and trusting the process.

We’ve focused on building strength, improving form, and creating real, lasting progress and every bit of that consistency is showing through now.

It’s proof that when you commit to yourself, put the work in, and keep going even when it feels slow… the results always come.

Mission Christmas (Cash for Kids) & Roxburghe House 💝

🎁 Mission Christmas helps make sure no child wakes up without a gift on Christmas morning. Every donation and present given goes directly to local children living in poverty across Tayside and Fife, spreading smiles and a little magic where it’s needed most.

💗 Roxburghe House provides incredible palliative care and support for patients and families in our community, making a difficult time a little brighter.

✨ 7 Years in the Fitness Industry ✨

Today marks 7 years since I first stepped into the fitness industry and what a journey it’s been. From the early days of learning the ropes on the gym floor, to taking the leap into being fully self-employed, it’s been a rollercoaster filled with challenges, lessons, and some of the most rewarding moments of my life.🥰

I’m so grateful to have built a career that allows me to help women become stronger, more confident, and feel amazing in their own skin. 💪🏼❤️

Being self-employed isn’t always easy, there are long days, plenty of trial and error, and times where you question yourself. But it’s also given me freedom, growth, and the opportunity to create a business I’m proud of. ✨

To my clients, both past and present, thank you. You’ve trusted me, shown up, and worked hard, and I wouldn’t be here without you.🫶🏼

💭 Struggling with Motivation? Let’s Talk About It.

This week, one of my clients asked me:

“Do you ever struggle with motivation?”

My answer? Absolutely, more often than you’d think.

Some mornings, I wake up and don’t want to train.
Some days, the last thing I feel like doing is cooking a healthy meal.
And sometimes, I have to fight the urge to just take a day (or three) off.

But here’s the thing, motivation isn’t what keeps me going.
Motivation is a feeling, and feelings change.

What really keeps me moving forward is:
✨ Discipline, doing what I said I’d do, even when I don’t feel like it.
✨ Routine,having a structure that makes the decision for me.
✨ My “why”, remembering the bigger reason I started this journey in the first place.

And that’s exactly what I tell my clients when they hit a slump:
➡️ Start small. Go for a short walk, stretch, or prep one healthy meal.
➡️ Don’t wait to feel motivated, action creates motivation, not the other way around.
➡️ Focus on progress, not perfection. One step forward still counts.

So yes, I struggle with motivation but I don’t let that stop me.
And you don’t have to either.

Strong, confident, unstoppable 🤩

came to me wanting to get stronger, improve her posture, and finally feel good in her own skin. We focused on consistent training, building confidence in the gym, and trusting the process, even on the tough days.

The result? Just look at that back! 🔥

Her strength has skyrocketed, her posture has transformed, and she now LOVES training days she used to avoid.
