Take care of it gently!
Nourish it. Move it. Listen to it. ā„ļø
Some days that might look like showing up to the reformer, taking a deep breath, and moving slowly with intention. Feeling your body wake up, finding strength in places you didnāt realise needed it, and leaving just a little more connected than when you arrived. š„°
Other days, itās simply resting. Pausing. Giving yourself permission to slow down, and taking it easy.
You donāt need to push it to extremes, just learn to work with it, and not against it.
Because when you start treating your body like homeā¦
it becomes a place you feel safe in, strong in, and most importantly, proud of. š¤
