On Friday night we spent Samhain with and some of her loyal customers. Sauna bathing, cold plunging and storytelling. What better way to bring in the new season 😍

I’ll be bringing my sauna tent across on the ferry to bring you the hot and cold therapy everyone’s been talking about.

A couple of weeks ago we joined on the beach at Lower Largo to provide the heat for her first Babes Who Bruch - Beach Edition.

It was a beautifully curated event with Pilates, an incredible brunch by and some wholesome chats, everyone loved it!

Helping celebrate her 40th with her closest friends on a beach in Dunbar.

The sun went down and we covered the sauna in twinkly fairy lights and it was just magical.
