🌟 Broughty Castle Museum Reopens Wednesday 1 April! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome residents and visitors back as Broughty Castle Museum opens for the 2026 summer season on Wednesday 1 April.

The museum is a must‑see attraction at the heart of the Ferry, offering a changing programme of events, activities and displays for all ages. It holds a special place in the community, loved by both locals and visitors.

The museum is FREE to visit, and while admission is free, we’re always grateful for donations that help support our work.

Whether you live locally or are discovering it for the first time, come explore the stories, views and experiences that make the castle such a unique part of the area.

Castle opens at the start of April! We can’t wait to see some life back in the castle again. You can have a lovely time down at the Ferry, sauna, castle and rounded off at Braw Tea for lunch.

Another from yesterday at Broughty Ferry - it's such a nice area. I was speaking to a gentleman who lives in Glasgow and had travelled to the east coast for a break specifically because he saw the good forecast, and yet sometimes we take these locations for granted :)

International Women’s Day done quietly but powerfully.

joined us for a guided session after an hour spent in the sauna - ‘Grit, Glory and The Sea’ where we grounded ourselves where we were, led with guided prompts and responded as a circle. It was simplistic, beautiful and powerful.

Fuelled by homemade chai masala and Dark Matter Brownies the perfect Sunday evening.

I’m so sorry if you were thinking about coming along to the Sauna tomorrow (7th March). I’ve not been well and am taking tomorrow to fully recover ahead of our IWD event on Sunday.

Come along on Sunday instead. There are still some seats left on the 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm.
