Why and How???

Everyone who has a treatment with me receives a bottle of water, and here is the reason why.
A massage will remove a build-up of fluid in the muscles, leaving you in a state of dehydration that will need to be replaced.
The rehydration to the muscles le will aid in tissue recovery and prevent cramping.
Ideally, consistent and drinking smaller amounts of water is preferred.
Sips, not gulps.

A Prerace massage is so beneficial to the body especially the legs. It improves the blood stimulation and getting oxygen and nutrients to the muscles.

It's been an exciting week! I've now moved into DS Beauty on Albert Street.
Free on-street parking.
No stairs!! Which means I can further help those with mobility issues including MS, Fibromyalgia and my less mobile clients
