I think we’re all guilty of this!! Our bodies take us through so much living, our confined, seated lifestyles restricts its capacity to move freely, move well and then we have unrealistic expectations to be pain free! show your body some love & get outside, breathe deeply, maybe even get your shoes off....move more!!!
