Angela's teachings and methods are out of this world. You can learn some of the modalities she teaches elsewhere but it will not be the same as learning from her. Angela brings her own golden nuggets to everything she does and it is honestly priceless. The spaces she creates are safe and nurturing because she genuinely cares about you and your healing and your success. She wants you to leave a course with all the skills you need to be an exceptional healer/therapist/human being. You are never just a number to her you are the beautiful soul that you are and you will leave knowing it . I want to share something that is weighing heavy on my heart recently. Ive been going through a really hard time with my health, it didn't come out of the blue its been going on a long time, and Im at the stage now where Ive had some really tough decisions to make, Ive had to face death and everything that goes along with that. Grief has been speaking to me. I thought grief was only when you lost someone through death , but its so much more than that. What about the grief a child carries when they lose their family not through death but because its the only way to save their own life, because carrying on allowing their boundaries to be crossed, allowing emotional or physical abuse, gaslighting, narcissism, will literally kill them . That doesn't come easy to a child, no matter how old they are. We have this need to be connected to our parents, when we are young for our basic needs, survival, love , connection, belonging, it takes a hell of alot for a child to cut contact . We live with the loss and the grief and the guilt of putting ourselves first because no-one else ever did so it feels unfamiliar . Why do most of us have such a hard time telling the people who we love, exactly how much we love them, how much it would hurt if we lost them, how much they mean to us, how we value them, how their existence matters? Until they're gone.... only then when its too late do we wish we would have been there for them more, told them how we feel , included them ? Maybe doing exactly that could have been the very thing that saved them. All we really need is love.... so why is it so difficult to express? Ask yourself if that person was gone tomorrow , would you have any regrets? Regret is something that you really don't want to hold onto . Maybe a part of the grief we hold onto when we lose someone is actually the regret that we didn't say what we felt everyday and now its too late? Doesn't it make you want to call everyone you love and pour your heart out? If the answer is yes, what's stopping you? I hope this post helps even one person today, ask the question and make the change 💜🙏✨️

I have been training in the most incredibly powerful yet gentle modality called MBIR. I have 3 spaces at a discounted rate of just £25 for anyone who hasn't trained in MBIR before.
