NEW Callanetics with Sybille Zoom course starts Mon 13th Jan.

Every Monday and Friday live at 9am. £36 for 10 classes over 5 weeks. Recordings also sent after each class.

Suitable for all levels. There are numerous adaptations for beginners as well as advanced to keep you as an individual challenged and interested. This is a no impact and no cardio ladies only class.

Benefits of Callanetics are that you become much much stronger, more flexible and toned. Due to intensity of small repetitive muscle movement you can expect to shrink into a smaller dress size after completion of course.

Small group of ladies with an excellent vibe and dedication to Callanetics.

You will be challenged to find more competitively priced classes with same attention as in any live class on posture and individual encouragement. Plus the benefit of not needing to leave the house during these Winter months with weather unpredictability.

Our last 2024 course started today. Apart from rocking it on the mat and pulsing away the inches we also have a big heart and raised yet again another amazing £76.60 to be donated to charity. Well done Julia for being the proud winner and nominating Mary's Meals as the worthy charity.

In 2024 we donated a total of £701.50 to various charities chosen by the course participants. Since we started our online Covid enforced classes we raised a total of £3471.20 which is simply AMAZING for such a relatively small community.

Well done ladies. NEW course started today. Thank you all for your continued support and attendance. Nearly a full house today.

The winner of our raffle this month is Julia with ticket 655. Her chosen charity is Mary's Meals who will receive £71.40 from us. Our total raised for charity now stands at £624.80.

Great start to the new course last week. Thank you all for joining and rejoining our Zoom Callanetics with Sybille classes.

Further news was the raffle. A total of £84.80 were raised this months. Many thanks to all the raffle ticket buyers. Winning ticket were Kay 637 and Lorraine 639. £42.40 were donated to Alzheimer and Parkinson respectively which were your chosen charities.

Next course starts Mon 26th Oct. £36 for 10 live classes including recordings.

I am well impressed and in awe of these super strong ladies who shine with their ability and persistence come rain or high water. They deserve a mega shout out.

Repeat feedback is that classes are fun, convenient, very varied albeit challenging plus you have the fail safe of the recording if you cannot manage the live class.

New course starts on Mon 29th July 9am. Live class every Mon and Fri. 5 week course, 10 live classes. A small investment of £36 into your health and pursuit of strength, flexibility and most important mobility. Bonus is the inch loss that comes naturally without any further magic potions.
