Join Tracey McEachran and Julie McCammon for a gentle, one‑hour online taster of their “Sacred Dance of Mind, Body and Spirit” work. In this live session, we’ll explore how thought, body and breath shape your experience of stress and ease, and how small shifts in awareness can open the door to more freedom and inner wisdom in everyday life.
When life is full, it’s easy to live from the neck up, pushing through, over‑thinking, and ignoring the quiet signals of the body until they become a shout.
This one‑hour live webinar offers a pause. A chance to come home to yourself and taste the essence of our “Sacred Dance of Mind, Body and Spirit” work from the comfort of your own home.
Together we will gently explore:
How your thinking patterns shape your felt experience, and how fresh perspectives can invite more ease, self‑compassion and creativity.
The subtle dialogue between mind and body: how tension is held, how it softens, and how awareness and myofascial release principles can support release.
Simple, practical ways to weave inner wisdom into everyday life so that insight becomes something you can feel and live, not just think about.
You can expect a mix of:
Brief teaching and reflection from Tracey (leadership coach, The Female Guru) and Jules (myofascial release practitioner).
A guided experiential practice to help you drop from head into body.
Time for quiet noticing and optional sharing in the chat.

Practical details:
We’re running the webinar twice on the same day so you can choose a time that suits you:
Lunchtime session: 1:00pm – 2:00pm (UK time)
Evening session: 7:00pm – 8:00pm (UK time)
Each session will cover the same core content.
