Join Tracey McEachran and Julie McCammon for a gentle, one‑hour online taster of their “Sacred Dance of Mind, Body and Spirit” work. In this live session, we’ll explore how thought, body and breath shape your experience of stress and ease, and how small shifts in awareness can open the door to more freedom and inner wisdom in everyday life.​

When life is full, it’s easy to live from the neck up, pushing through, over‑thinking, and ignoring the quiet signals of the body until they become a shout.

This one‑hour live webinar offers a pause. A chance to come home to yourself and taste the essence of our “Sacred Dance of Mind, Body and Spirit” work from the comfort of your own home.​

Together we will gently explore:
How your thinking patterns shape your felt experience, and how fresh perspectives can invite more ease, self‑compassion and creativity.​

The subtle dialogue between mind and body: how tension is held, how it softens, and how awareness and myofascial release principles can support release.

Simple, practical ways to weave inner wisdom into everyday life so that insight becomes something you can feel and live, not just think about.​

You can expect a mix of:
Brief teaching and reflection from Tracey (leadership coach, The Female Guru) and Jules (myofascial release practitioner).

A guided experiential practice to help you drop from head into body.
Time for quiet noticing and optional sharing in the chat.

You’re curious about the connection between mind, body and spirit, and want something grounded and real rather than “fix‑yourself” techniques.​

Practical details:
We’re running the webinar twice on the same day so you can choose a time that suits you:
Lunchtime session: 1:00pm – 2:00pm (UK time)
Evening session: 7:00pm – 8:00pm (UK time)

Last Sunday morning I bent down to pick something off the floor and I was hit with a sudden gripping pain in my lower back. Immediately I was flooded with fear. I was in London at the time having run a Bodymind Alchemy day on the Saturday with
My thoughts were racing, how am I going to manage the trip home to Northern Ireland with my 85 year old mum who had accompanied me, with her luggage and my own. It involved a long tube ride during rush hour the next morning, the Gatwick express and a flight home.
I could see the thought storm I was getting caught up in, so I said to myself “Jules, just be present with what is, don’t fight it, be curious.” And immediately I felt my body soften, the gripping sensation eased. I went through the day noticing the discomfort but not giving way to the fear and the what if’s..
My sleep that night was poor as I had to keep moving to ease the pain. The next morning we made the journey home while I had a little discomfort, and by the Tuesday it had resolved.
This was interesting for me to notice the difference in my body between choosing curiosity over fear, to notice instead of panic, to pause instead of fix, to be with instead of battle. I was teaching my brain a new story!

Julie is a physiotherapist and an expert level Myofascial Release Therapist. She has authored two books -“Finding Mystery Within” and “Quiet Mind Quiet Body.”
She has lived experience of chronic pain and illness, and has journied towards a deeper understanding of the mindbody connection.
She intertwines her unique experience with an intimate understanding of bodywork, inviting you to go on a deep investigative journey inside your own body.

Robyn has lived through most people’s health nightmare of stage four cancer, she’ll share some of her journey and insights she has had along the way, through diagnosis, divorce and parenting.
Her work focuses on mentoring access to innate vitality and leaning into how we can create the experience we want to have.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many of you as you’ve sought relief from pain and tension. I’ve always been committed to finding the most effective ways to support you — and my journey of learning and discovery continues.
In recent years, I’ve observed that working solely with the body can bring about change, but the most profound healing occurs when we integrate the mind and the body. After all, it is all one system and cannot be separated. That’s why I am changing the way I work to offer sessions that integrate hands-on Myofascial Release treatment with Bodymind Coaching. This enables us to address both the physical patterns and the thinking habits that perpetuate pain and tension.
With the release of my new book Quiet Mind Quiet Body, I’ve experienced a profound shift in how I understand healing. I now see even more clearly that lasting change happens when we work with both the body and mind together.
As a result, I am evolving the way I work. From now on, my sessions will bring together:
Hands-on Myofascial Release bodywork — to ease tension, release restrictions, and help your body feel freer.
and
Bodymind Coaching Conversations — to explore the patterns of thought and feeling that can keep pain or anxiety in place.
By weaving these approaches together in a 90-minute session, we can address both the physical and psychological aspects of what you’re experiencing. This means not just temporary relief, but the possibility of a more profound and lasting transformation.
I want to reassure you that the safe, supportive, and practical care you’ve always known with me will remain. What’s changing is that I now have more tools to offer you — tools that honour the full connection between body, mind and soul.

My Story

After working as a physiotherapist for 25 years I began to consider that there was more to pain than just a physical cause. After some research I discovered John F Barnes Myofascial Release. An alternative treatment with a more holistic approach. Over the past 5 years I have traveled to America where I have trained extensively with John to achieve ‘Expert Level Practitioner’ in Myofascial Release Treatment. Through this tranining I have learnt that ‘Emotions’ can also be held in the tissue of the body, causing physical symptoms i.e. Pain. Therefore, the treatment needs to be more holistic rather than just treating the symptoms alone. I use this method to treat low back pain, neck pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia and other chronic pain syndromes.
