New Week. New Work. đź’Ş
The week ahead workouts are now live, so you can check out what’s coming up and get your training booked in.
This week we’ve got a great mix of:
• MetCon classes – conditioning focused sessions that will challenge your engine
• Hybrid classes – strength and conditioning combined into one solid workout
• Sweat classes – no barbell, no problem these classes are great to get a sweat on
All sessions are fully programmed for members, so all you have to do is show up, work hard, and enjoy the process.
