Was a pleasure having local man Keith McAree in for recovery today after his 5th round of the David Goggins Challenge - 4x4x48!

Keith is running /walking 4 mile every 4 hours for 48 hours to raise money for 2 great charities, Evie's Special Bow & Autism NI.

Dungannon Cryospa will be closed with effect from 17th March until further notice as a precautionary response to the COVID-19 virus.
