Reflexology is for everyone! Whilst I list treatments dedicated to fertility and maternity care it is important to know that I am here to treat anyone who feels they may benefit from the fabulous effects of reflexology treatment. Reflexology works to rebalance and reduce stress within the body and bring ease where there is dis-ease.
As a midwife I have an extra special interest in fertility and maternity care and I am here to help you in your journey.👣💜

It's actually happening!! Dreams really do come true ....with perseverance! 😅
As of next week I will be off to university (again) to study and practice to become a midwife! I am as set to go as I can be; even if it is with a little trepidation as I begin something so new which will no doubt consume my life from here on in! ....I want to take this opportunity to thank all my AMAZING family, friends and clients who have been so supportive of this new venture in my life...I have loved every minute working with some of the most amazing people I have ever met and who without realising it have motivated me to follow a new career! .......

I won't be leaving just yet but as most of you know my working hours will be greatly reduced to accommodate my studies and of course to allow me some home life with my boys💙💙 and family.....I appreciate your patience as I figure out a new routine and hopefully a way to serve you all best! Our baby snuggle pods will still be available though so don't be afraid to shout!!!

So for now folks thank you all, you never know, I might help catch some of those little babas in craigavon!

10 Facts Every Woman Should Know:

1. Everyone has rolls when they bend over.
2. When someone tells you that you're beautiful, believe them. They aren't lying.
3. Sometimes we all wake up with breath that could kill a goat.
4. For every woman unhappy with her stretch marks is another woman who wishes she had them.
5. You should definitely have more confidence. And if you saw yourself the way others see you, you would.
6. Don't look for a man to save you. Be able to save yourself.
7. It's okay to not love every part of your body....but you should.
8. We all have that one friend who seems to have it all together. That woman with the seemingly perfect life. Well, you might be that woman to someone else.
9. You should be a priority. Not an option, a last resort, or a backup plan.
