I recently attended a beautiful two-day Embodied Trauma-Informed Training in the seaside town of Portstewart on the 31st Jan & 1st February.
The coast holds a huge piece of my heart from childhood and from living there for five years, so learning in a place that feels like home made the experience even more special .
The training took place at - a spacious light filled, welcoming venue that felt calm and inviting the moment you walked in. The setting couldn't have been more aligned, especially as the Snow moon 🌝 shone during this time-perfect energy for letting go and inviting in.
The course was facilitated by a long term school friend, which was such a bonus and gave us the chance to reconnect ❤️ I'm also incredibly proud of her, as she recently published her book ... Invitation to Notice - such an achievement.
The training was delivered with softness and professionalism. I learned so much about regulating my own nervous system, while deepening my skills and understanding to better support my clients through the treatments I offer 🙏
