Had a fantastic weekend at the Leaders Retreat in Westport 🙌

It was great to catch up with some old friends and make new ones ❤️

I got my certificate for qualifying as a teacher, and we went out on Saturday night to celebrate 25 years of Systematic Kinesiology in Ireland! 🌟
