🚨 Nationwide Emergency Alert Test — Sunday 7th September, 3pm

The UK’s new emergency alert system will send a loud siren, message, and vibration to every compatible phone even on silent. Survivors of abuse with hidden phones could be put at risk if the device is discovered.

You can opt out in your phone’s settings to protect your safety:
✅ iPhone: Search “Emergency Alerts” in settings → Turn off Severe & Emergency alerts

✅ Android: Search “Emergency Alerts” in settings → Turn off Severe & Emergency alerts (and other threat categories if listed)

I have made the decision that I will not be doing face to face counselling tomorrow due to the predicted bad weather. My clients safety is paramount. Please stay safe. All clients will be offered online or check ins instead.

Please note that I am extremely busy at the minute so I would really appreciate that anyone who cannot attend their session let me know as soon as possible. I do have a cancellation policy which I explain at the start of therapy.

Cancelled with more than 24 hours notice - no charge.
Cancelled with 12 hours to 24 hours notice - £15 .
Less than 12 hours or Non attendance- full fee to be paid.

So please if you can't attend let me know ASAP. These time slots could be given to someone else whos in distress and is in need of an urgent last minute session.
