Most people aren’t stressed…
they’re holding things in.
Anger.
Frustration.
Things they wanted to say… but didn’t.
It doesn’t disappear.
It sits in the body.
Jaw tight.
Chest heavy.
Mind racing.
This week in breathwork I watched people finally let it out.
No judgement.
No pressure.
Just space to release.
Some felt emotional.
Some felt a bit “out there”.
Most felt lighter after.
One said it best:
“I didn’t realise how much I was holding in.”
That’s the work.
Not fixing you.
Just helping you let go of what was never yours to carry.
