Candlelit sound bath went well again. Such a lovely space and lovely people. People came to recharge and reset and soaked up the sounds and healing frequencies. New faces and familiar ones. Thanks to all who came. I hope you recharged in preparation for Christmas. It was a pleasure and I hope to see you again soon. 🎄❤️

So I hosted a lovely Halloween Gong Bath during the school holidays for Parents and their children. Originally I thought it would be best for children over 11 and their parents but I had so much interest for under 11’s that I decided to open the invitation up and I’m so pleased I did! The kids were amazing even though some were a little bit resistant and they all left feeling more open and with a smile on their face and reported that they felt relaxed and happy 🥰❤️

Especially when I offered the jelly spiders and chocolate pumpkins out at the end ha ha. But seriously they really loved it!

Which got me thinking about holding another one during the next school holidays which is the run up to Christmas 🎄

If you think you’d like to come along with your little ones let me know. It’s open to all Children over 8 years old.

New class alert! It’s so important to look after your nervous system! Especially this time of year when we can be burning the candle at both ends and being everything to everybody. Making time for ourselves is so important. You cant pour from an empty cup. Putting your own oxygen mask on first isn’t selfish! It’s non negotiable.

This new class will follow the .yoga yin method based around Traditional Chinese medicine. During the 40 mins section of the class you will be immersed in the tones of the to help you release and soften the body.

You don’t know how beautiful you are 💕

Such an apt song for this reel. We had a sculpt and sound day yesterday which involved the lovely Nicola otherwise known as giving us a wealth of knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine and how we can influence the whole body by using the Gua Sha Crystal. See her page for notes for more inspiration from her on how to look and feel great naturally ❤️

Following our workshop we were all feeling very relaxed and ready to lay down for our Gong bath after some delicious ceremonial cacao, breathwork using oils and journaling.

The Gong Bath had some profound affects on everyone. One lady had inspiration for the beginning of a book she has been writing. Another lady had visions of animals and everyone else was transported to relaxation and deep healing. Absolutely lush day.

Next Sculpt & Sound day will be in January and will be all about Eyes 👀!!
