This is one of my fave videos! It’s made me feel really relaxed & in need of that heated bed and the feeling of pure peace ✨

Our Essential Facial really does holds everything we believe in, our products, techniques, care, touch, perfect for this girly who we very much believe in too!

The treatment flows pretty intuitively, combining deep cleansing with sculpting massage, warm oils with cooling touch, light therapy with grounding crystals. There’s space to release tension, encourage the skin to work and settle the nervous system at the same time.

From extractions to gua sha, LED, icy globes and scalp work, every element has a purpose, but nothing feels rushed or clinical. It’s restorative, steady, and every single touch is intentional (I train this facial and the care around the client is so important to allow them to feel rested enough to fully recharge!).

✨There has been a lot happening behind the scenes at Farm Girl lately...Taking on Wendy’s beautiful formulas has been a big responsibility, alongside everything else our treatments, products, the Farm Girl Facial Retreat Day, co-hosting Return to Self in Mallorca, and the best Aurascreen launch! I’ve been in a bit of overwhelm & starting 20 tasks & finishing none!

🦊 As an overthinker 🫠 I found myself getting stuck on the packaging, the labels! I want to introduce animals into the Kids foam, pulse point and cream and have done so many different types, I’m sure if anyone hears me say in the office ‘what about this kind of fox’ (Lauren 😅) they are going to shoot me. I want the bath foam to be in glass but worrying about it breaking - any thought?! I was spiralling into the details, when the truth is… what really matters is what’s inside. And what’s inside is incredibly special!!

🐒One of the creams that some of you already know was once called the Eczema Cream. We are moving it into its new name: Relief & Restore. The children’s version will be called Soothe & Protect. There is the PMS oil, the one we speak about in this video. It has supported so many women, and it truly is something different. We’re renaming it Lunar Balance. The name feels more inclusive of our natural rhythms, our inner seasons, and the journey from teenage years through to menopause.

☀️ I took it with us to Mallorca for our retreat and the women absolutely loved it. We’ll begin offering it as a pulse-point oil and it will soon be woven into our massage rituals at Farm Girl too. I would love to develop a low-tox bath oil and foam to complement it, so the support can continue at home in the bath!! 🛁

🍎 This whole process has reminded me to keep coming back to the heart of what we do: create products and experiences that truly support the body, the skin, and the nervous system…without the noise, without the pressure, and without rushing it.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Before you scroll on - try to drop your shoulders down, take your tongue away from the roof of your mouth, wiggle your jaw a little, take a deep breath (deeper than that)…We have been conditioned to live like this for so long, we need some help to let it all go and that’s where we come in 🍎 🧖🏼‍♀️

💆🏼‍♀️ A few weeks ago, we had an in-house advanced training session with Dawn on deep tissue facial massage. We’re now adding more to our techniques to a few of our facials, and we’re also working on a new lifting and sculpting facial that’s more hands on than electrical.

There is NO better reading than this ↑

🕊️Your kind words and reviews really really inspire us as a team, so much so that Lauren our team leader reads the new ones every Tuesday morning and sends them into our work whatsapp chat! ❄️ January Recap ☕️

It may be nearly the end of Feb, but better late than never 🫣. I will get better at this! January was a month of growth, learning, & connection, & looking back I realise like we had a lovely month, so I have to do this every month because I forget!

🌅 Started the year making sure I was getting some sunrise walks—perfect way to reset & focus.
🧘‍♀️ Farm Girl Team Meditation & Painting with 🎨. We each received beautiful third eye bracelets from —thank you, we love them!

A special moment: I let Savannah add to my painting (which was of the farm-my late Grandad’s)—under heaven/universe light). Without me saying a word, she drew him in it. She’s never done that before. ✨💫

👥 Team Therapist Meeting: We talked about the client & therapist journey, gathered client feedback, & set a goal to increase Google reviews (thank you if you’ve left one—so appreciated!).

👀 Secret shop audits—never fun, but so important for growth. It helps us improve, learn, & evolve.

📅 Big changes this month:
✔️ New booking system launched—thank you for your patience! Remember to click ‘month view’ for all appointments.
✔️ Business WhatsApp introduced for easier communication.
✔️ Two days of in-house massage training—up-skill by learning from each other.

🌿 A big milestone! I co-launched the Mallorca “Return to Self” Retreat—the finca is stunning! ✨ Five rooms are already booked, & I’d love to see some of you there in October.

💆‍♀️ Training! members got an exclusive new treatment—the Soulful Facial—delivered with my rock, Dawn.

💉 Injectable bookings went crazy for Botox, Profhilo & Polynucleotides (I had polynucleotides under my eyes, and wow—goodbye fine lines & dark circles!).
