This day of the week could mean different to many but one thing we all can do no matter what part of the world we live in is sit in a space even if itβs for 10 minutes ππ
πsit and close our eyes
πtake a deep breath
πhold for a few seconds
πbreath out slowly
πfeel your anxieties release
πbreath in deeply again
πhold and breathe out slowly

Keep this up for as long as you can and notice your thoughts feelings you may have.. if you cry let the tears flow as thatβs the point your soul is reaching out and starting its healing journey π«Ά
