We are back! 😁

I have had lots of messages asking for our popular "midgie" candles and will be putting in another order tomorrow for them. Thank you to each and everyone of you for all your messages and orders 🥰

Due to life throwing us a curveball of ill health, homelessness and everything else in-between it has been a tough few months...to say the least! I AM back stronger than ever though and refocused 💗

Good morning everyone & happy Sunday 💗

Just a little reminder to keep your thoughts positive. What we put out there is 100% what we get back (Law of Attraction)

I have a little challenge for you all today 😁

Keep an eye on your thoughts throughout the day and every so often stop for a minute and reflect on what you are thinking/saying and then ask yourself how this is making you feel? (I find it helps to write it down) If you notice anything negative then rewrite that story! Only you have the power to do this 💜

It is ok to have wobbly days!

Do you you beat yourself up if you're triggered by something or someone? Or if your day doesnt go to plan?

Remember it is ok to have a wobble now and then, we are only human and just because we maybe do alot of healing or personal development work it does not mean that we are immune to lifes challenges!

What is important is how we come back from it and what we can learn from it 💗 This is where I find journaling very good as it is always clearer to see things from a different perspective once we write them down.

Dont be so hard on yourself, brush it off and move on 🥰🥰

Good morning 🌍

Dont forget, you get to choose how your day goes 💗 The way you start your morning can affect your whole day. My morning routine looks something like this....

Drink coffee!

Practice my affirmations

Write in my journal my intentions for that day (you could also do this the night before, just whatever suits you best)

Move my body - sometimes this is a quick yoga routine, a walk or just putting on some music and dancing 💃

Meditation

This sounds like a lot but it's not, even just a few minutes of each thing can make a huge difference 🥰

Most importantly, keep your thoughts positive. What you put out there is what you get back!!

Do you have a morning routine you like to stick to? Or do you feel like you always get yourself in a bit of a pickle each morning?

A huge thank you to everyone who messaged or pre ordered one of our "I-AM CALM" candles ( better known by customers as the "sleepy" candle, due to its relaxing qualities!) That's us finally restocked and all orders will be posted out tomorrow 💙

Packed with essential oils, including lavender this one will be sure to have you relaxed in no time. Burn for a few hours in your bedroom before you go to sleep and you will be zonked!

Each candle has 50+ hours burn time and is topped with tiny pieces of clear quartz crystals. Clear quartz is known as the "power healer" and helps bring calmness and balance into your life.
