Tuesday Online Yoga with Junie @ JAYA YOGA

Our 9am Yin Yoga practice was all about
"Nourishing Our Adrenals"

When our Adrenal Glands are over Stimulated, over Taxed!
This can affect our Daily life & impact our Overall Sense of Wellbeing.

So our Sequencing this morning explored stimulation into the lower back, where the kidneys & Adrenals are housed.

Working with shapes to lengthen & compress this Target Area, focusing on breath & sensation as we dropped into Stillness.

We ended in Savasana to Integrate all of our Inner Work & bring the Body back in Balance.

FYI - I will be revisiting this practice on Thursday Night - Online Yin 8pm

What a Great Start to the Week ..
"Feeling Open & Spacious" 🌈

This morning we explored a Yin Inspired Practice - working with some longer deeper holds & Awareness to BreathπŸ™

Tonight @ Hatha - We had a Breath Centered Practice .. Starting with Nadi Shodhana to welcome that " Harmonic Resonance of these 2 Opposing Energies - The Sun and Moon Energy ..

We continued to synchronise Breath with Movement throughout the Asana part of the Practice.

Ending with a Counting Pranayama to help Calm & Soothe The Nervous System .

Look forward to sharing more Tomo
