Sunday afternoon I received a couple of messages from our members letting me know the hydraulic gas strut on our Panatta multi flight was de pressurised which is pretty rare!
By Monday afternoon, i had installed a new one and it was back up to 100%. Not even 24 hrs from reporting, to fixed. One of the many reasons why we are different from many independent gyms let alone the chain gyms.
How long has that bit of kit been broken in your gym?
How many weight plates get left on equipment? How long are your searching for that missing dumbbell? But you go there because it’s cheaper……

**NEW KIT ALERT**
The second of our 3 new pieces coming from our Friends at is the incredible DY row. Adjustable chest pad and double handle gave it the nod over the o.g. Hammer version for me. Arriving in November. Another incredible piece added to our back day selection, that does not get beaten anywhere for a long looooong way.

We’ve had an extremely busy couple of weeks here at the gym but didn’t want this to go unnoticed, and I believed it deserved a post rather than a story.
I would like to wish one of our almost day 1’s Hannah (or Han as I call her) a huge congratulations on winning her Ifbb pro card! from all at the gym, but particularly me, WELL DONE, and enjoy your off season!

Now….. if you really wanna get fit….. this is what you use, beats walking on a zero% incline in sliders any day. The good news is, you can use the our new concept2 ski erg whilst wearing your sliders!

**NEW KIT ALERT**
3 new pieces ordered from our friends at the first of which will be arriving in September which is the kneeling glute kick back. Selectorised (pin loaded) which will have a more even strength curve throughout than the plate loaded version. Will it be better than the OG life fitness glute kickback…. Time will tell! BUT it will definitely be more user friendly, and that, is money well spent. 🍑🍑

PIN code reader has been routed and fitted on my day off because I didn’t want to wait. New insta bio pending with new job role included ….. anyway!
This is big news! Soon we will have the option to buy day passes online and then just punch the code in and away you go. Of course if the reception is open we will still take your payment but if you arrive during our off peak hrs and the reception happens to be closed you can still purchase entry. Ultimate membership hours which you will need our out of hours fob for we still be EXCLUSIVE to those who have purchased fobs.
The gym will now run business as usual whether staffed or not from 6am-11pm. I will post again once it’s all live.
