Happy New Year!

When I ask clients how they know when they're happy, very often they describe feelings of peace, physical sensations of tension melting away, chest expanding and having a sense of freedom.

Or they describe hearts full of pride when they see loved ones, a sense of being cared for when they receive practical support or knowing someone has their back when they hear words of encouragement...

What does "happy" mean for you?
