This summer’s festival was so much more than music and workshops – it was a wave of emotions, laughter, and moments that I know I’ll carry with me forever .😁
Being surrounded by the people I love reminded me of something important: no matter how big or small the challenges we face, there is always another path, another way to rise above and keep moving forward. 💫

Learning to receive means letting go of control, embracing vulnerability, and allowing others to contribute.
I’m still working on this aspect of my life and being an Aquarius doesn’t help 🤣.
This is a key step in reconnecting with healthy feminine energy.

Fear is a big part of our life.

I’ve been recently reminded that so many fears aren’t rooted in reality, but they are our mind’s attempt to keep us safe.
The trouble is, it often holds us back from what we’re truly ready for.

Yoga (yog) in India - life changing experience 🙏

Those words will stay with me about yoga, that it’s transforming people from the form of ice into the form of water.
It’s bringing more balance, inner peace and unity with everything that surrounds us.
This is so much needed in our busy lives.

My intuition was telling me that this will be a deeply transformative journey of self and synchronising with the world around me/the Universe.

From sacred ceremonies, meditation, being in the peaceful nature to also asana practice in the powerful storm!
I’m grateful for every single moment, especially a reminder about the power of nature, being more patient and trusting in my path.
