RUNNING 🏃♂️
Lots of you are back to running, starting up running, booking marathons and all the rest!
So here’s some tips to hopefully keep you injury free -
🏃♂️If your a newbie. Don’t do too much, too soon, too fast. Take it easy and work your way up, let your body adapt.
🏃♂️strength and mobility. Ensure your muscles are strong enough to allow you to run. Strong quads, hip flexors, hamstring, glutes, calf’s, etc etc all help with movement. As well as keeping your joints mobile. Nothing wrong with getting strong !
🏃♂️ nutrients, hydration and recovery. Eating well and drinking enough are just as important as the actual running. Your body needs fuel. It also needs time to recover !
🏃♂️ listen to your body and enjoy the run!
