We're inviting clubs and individual runners to lace up for a fantastic cause on Sunday, April 19th, 2026!

Every single penny of profit goes directly to the amazing Alzheimer's Society (Registered Charity No. 296645). Run for a PB, run for fun, but most importantly, run for charity!

Hello All, Some of you may have noticed the logo change in the profile picture. I decided to change the name of the business. There are a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, to avoid confusion. Since the opening of the NHS Grove View integrated health and care hub I have received many enquiries from people believing that was me! Secondly, The Therapy Hub was so named because it was a location where several different therapies worked out of. All of which have moved on to alternative locations or professions. So now there is only me, Amanda Spencer, Physiotherapist. The new site and links should hopefully make it easier to make contact and book. Thank you for your patience.
