Grove View Health Hub is currently without running water. As we are unable to safely meet hygiene requirements, all remaining appointments today will be converted to telephone consultations.

We would like to wish you a happy festive period and a very happy New Year.
From January, our appointment system is changing to improve access and reduce waiting times. Patients will be able to book appointments in person at reception by phone or online.
We will be running sit and wait clinics Monday to Friday 930am till 1130am and 130pm till 3:30 pm where patients can be seen by a GP or nurse on the same day.
On the day GP appointments will be released at 8 am and 1 pm with limited pre-book in line with NHS guidance to move towards more same day GP access.
Nurse appointments will remain people a couple as normal.
We look forward to continuing to be there for you in 2026, supporting you and your family, when you need us most.

Important Notice: Doctor Strike

Please be informed that due to a nationwide doctors’ strike scheduled from 17th December to 22nd December, some of our medical services will be affected during this period.

Due to Doctor Strikes, we are now fully booked for our routine doctor appointments for November. As we are unsure whether there will be further strikes in December, all appointments for Doctors in December will be released on the day at 8am and 1pm along with our sit and wait clinic in the mornings at 9:30am. We hope in January we will back to our normal booking system.

Due to ongoing junior doctor strike action, our appointment availability is currently limited. We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 💙

If you need medical help:

🚨 For serious or life-threatening emergencies, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately.
➡️ Emergency and critical care services remain open and fully protected during strike action.

⚕️ For urgent but not life-threatening issues, please use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111.
They can:
✅ Assess your symptoms
✅ Offer advice
✅ Direct you to the most appropriate service (urgent treatment centre, pharmacy, or out-of-hours GP)
✅ Book you an appointment if needed
