Hiring// Pilates Reformer Instructor – Balance F**t

Balance F**t is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our growing studio.

You will be joining a dynamic, established boutique studio with a strong community and loyal client base. This is an exciting opportunity to take over existing, well-attended classes.

We are looking for an instructor who:
• Has a strong understanding of Pilates and movement
• Is confident working with a range of clients, including those with injuries
• Builds strong client relationships and delivers an excellent class experience
• Is reliable, professional, and has great timekeeping
• Is a team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Available Classes:
• Saturday mornings
• Evenings: 6:30pm & 7:30pm

What we offer:
• Established classes ready to take over
• Supportive and professional studio environment
• Opportunities for growth within the business

✔️ In-house training available for candidates with Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification

Location: In person – Balance F**t Studio, Dunstable

It’s always a pleasure when we are invited to partner with other local services in the community. 🤎

Sue from the Balance F**t team has been delivering a weekly Pilates session in partnership with Dunstable Town Council, supporting local residents to stay active, mobile and connected.

These sessions have become a really special part of the week, bringing people together to move, laugh and support each other.

We’re delighted to have been asked to continue delivering this programme, and we’re proud to play a small part in supporting health and wellbeing within our community.

I started Balance F**t over 15 years ago after leaving my social work career, knowing I still wanted to help people, just in a different way.

I wanted to support others through movement, positivity, and connection. Through fitness that makes you feel good, not judged. Through community, friendships, and a space where everyone belongs.

I didn’t want another intimidating gym. I wanted a place where you could walk in exactly as you are.

A space where, after navigating a hectic world, you can roll out your mat, take a deep breath… and forget for a little while 🤍
