We had a whale of a time this week with a very special visit from the Auckland Shanty Singers! ⚓️🎶
There’s nothing like a few sea shanties to get the toes tapping and the spirits high. It was wonderful to see everyone joining in the choruses and enjoying the traditional maritime melodies.
We love bringing a variety of different sounds and experiences into our home—a huge thank you to the group for "sailing" by and making it such a memorable afternoon!

Spring has arrived at DurhamGate Care Home, and our garden is bursting back to life 🌸🌿

From colourful blooms to fresh greenery, every corner is starting to shine again. Our residents have been enjoying peaceful strolls, soaking up the sunshine, and watching nature wake up right before their eyes.

Here’s to brighter days, blooming flowers, and many happy moments in the garden.
