Oh Dear❗️
In October we had 214 patients who 'did not attend' their appointments. We understand that on occasions this is unavoidable and there are valid reasons for missing them, however we do request that if you are unable to attend an appointment that you try and let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else who needs it.
There are multiple ways to cancel your appointment which include, telephone, email, via the NHS App or by following the link on your reminder SMS.
❗Patients who continuously miss appointments without informing us could potentially be removed from the practice lists.❗
