A lovely afternoon full of movement and music. Our residents enjoyed some gentle movement to music, using a ball to stretch and loosen their muscles, with extra exercises for feet and ankles to keep everyone feeling good. We then settled down with a nice cup of tea, a cheerful sing-along and a fun quiz to finish the afternoon.

We were delighted to welcome the wonderful children from Bowburn Primary School to the care home this afternoon. Residents and pupils spent time together enjoying dominoes, colouring, jigsaws and practising their reading. There was plenty of chatting, laughter and shared stories, and our ladies and gentlemen thoroughly enjoyed the time spent together.
