I’ve got a little announcement…

I’m stopping my mummy MOTs.

As from next week they will be called Post Natal MOT.

The assessment itself and follow up sessions will be exactly the same as it is now.

It’s simply a branding thing that I’m dropping.

So essentially it is still a post natal assessment covering all aspects of you after having a baby.

Pelvic health, lifestyle, abdominals, surgery (where relevant), strength, movement, return to exercise.

All existing clients of Mummy MOT we will be dropping you an email. If you rebook online - look for the post natal MOT (follow up) options.

All new clients head for the Post Natal MOT.

Anyone not sure or any questions just drop me a message.

And with that 2025 is almost over!!!

What.A.Year.

I started off with some positive health news after quite frankly one horrible thing after another in 2024.

Then quickly spiraling into the realization my job at the time was making me ill! IYKYK. Panic attacks, the dread of work every day, sleepless nights.

I’ve shed a lot through the year of the snake, slowly low toxing my life, people, products, places, things. It feels great.

I quit that job! I restarted my self employed physio & holistics business and took a leap into the unknown again, change is scary, but staying stuck is even worse.

New clinic spaces thank you both for allowing me in your clinic spaces and giving me the opportunity to grow again.

I’ve done additional training in TMJ, Reiki, EFT therapies as well as some mammoth women’s health physio & coaching certificates for menopause.

Thank you to the amazing clients that have visited me in 2025. And to everyone else that’s helped me on the journey this year.

So many exciting things to come in 2026. The year of the horse. Year 1. New beginnings.

I might even have a little January reset ritual to offer as part of the new year, who’s ready to clear out the old energy and bring new energy, opportunity and mindset to 2026?

December be like!!!!!

What a busy few weeks I’ve had!!

Thank you so much for keeping me busy and a calendar full of kids activities in and out of school as well.

I’ve met lots of new clients recently but also had some lovely people return to me who have been my clients in the past, many years ago in some cases.

Thank you for choosing me for your women health and holistics in Sunderland.

My last pre Christmas clinic here today.

Next available is Monday 29th Dec (pm only remains).

Then back as usual from Monday 5th Jan.

With 1000 thoughts running through my head, it’s December and I have perimenopause brain fog going on!!

In my 20s after 6 years of physio I almost gave it up. Burnt out, overwhelmed, hated my job at the time.

What I realised is I just needed to walk a different physio path to the one I was on.

So I set up my own business just before my 30th birthday and became fully self employed a few months later and quit that job!

The path has changed again the last few years and now I’m only doing women’s health physio and feel like this is my calling.

I’ve added back in the holistic treatments which I love and training in therapies for mind body and soul.
