The struggle is real at the minute!!

With 1000 thoughts running through my head, it’s December and I have perimenopause brain fog going on!!

In my 20s after 6 years of physio I almost gave it up. Burnt out, overwhelmed, hated my job at the time.

What I realised is I just needed to walk a different physio path to the one I was on.

So I set up my own business just before my 30th birthday and became fully self employed a few months later and quit that job!

The path has changed again the last few years and now I’m only doing women’s health physio and feel like this is my calling.

I’ve added back in the holistic treatments which I love and training in therapies for mind body and soul.

Add to that the parties/ performances/ 1 sheep/ 1 shepherd costume/ carols round the tree/ Christmas fair/ multiple school trips / Santa visits / extra PE day/ dress down day/ bouncy castle day/ Christmas jumper day/ panto day.

What did I miss?

Oh yeah the chuffing elves.
