Hi everyone! I'm Melissa and I just wanted to share really quickly about my favourite Q products,

Q Twist Calm and Q Ultra greens. Before I started taking these i struggled so much with my anxiety,
My Gran made me go and see a doctor, and then I had to go and see a counsellor.

with that said, my counsellor, told me that anxiety stems from your childhood, my childhood wasn’t easy at all. In fact it took it’s trawl on me! I hate talking about my past, and what I went through as a child, then going through a loss in 2019 when covid hit.
just tore me apart! but with the right people beside me, I had no other option, but to get the help that I needed. At one point, I was in a really dark place and I was put on medication. not only that, but it takes upto one to 2 months for prescription medication to actually kick in.

But it just wasn’t helping me at all, it was actually making me feel a lot worse, I stopped looking after myself, and I didn’t see the point in being here.

The only thing that stopped me was my two beautiful children.

How could they live without a mother?

How could they live with their mother, Who wasn’t looking after herself?!

I had to really think about what path I wanted to take, and what I wanted to become for my childrens sake! 

All I wanted to do was lay in bed, cry and sleep, I wouldn’t talk to no one and I just wasn’t myself. my energy was non-existent. 

I then started meditation and doing things differently  and with the right people behind me, helping me I finally got to where I am now. Yes, I do still have panic attacks but not as often and not as bad and that’s down to taking the Q Twist Calm and The Ultra Greens I was so shocked to feel a difference so quickly and I am so thankful to have found these products.
