💚Support worker of the Month 💚

Shout out to the lovely Lucy who was chosen as "Support Worker of the Month" for April after receiving this amazing feedback - Well done Lucy

Lucy has never done care before and has excelled massively since joining us in January. She is confident in all service users she works with and goes above and beyond to ensure they live their best lives. I have received compliments from parents and other staff about how well Lucy is doing in her role as a support worker. She has fabulous communication skills with service users and other staff and has built great working relationships, she has learnt some makaton off her own accord and is confident to use this while communicating. Lucy is flexible and reliable, picking up extra shifts and covering shifts last minute too. I think she is a great addition to the Woodland View team and has a strong desire to help service users live there life to the fullest. Every package she has worked in, the service user has been out having a fantastic time, I am very proud of how well she has fitted in too this role.
