✨️ Staff wellbeing days ✨️ I had the pleasure of delivering an hour wellbeing session to some lovely people at Durham County Council who needed some much needed relaxation.

With Qiong energy flow, meditation and sound bathing to promote relaxation and mindfulness.

With some beautiful feedback comments;

✨️This was a great exercise that brought us together differently from the usual as a team. I had the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. I would go to her meditation sessions.
