Rainbows End Coaching Rainbows End are dedicated to improving Emotional Wellbeing and Good Mental Health to children, young people and adults.

Rainbows End support people with their Emotional Wellbeing. We deliver Workshops around Resilience and teach tools and techniques to equip people to cope when they are faced with challenges. Our workshops are fun and interesting and activity based so that people get lots out of them with immediate impact. We do a lot of work with schools, universities, teachers, social workers and groups wanting to develop their resilience.

In a world that feels scary, sad and turbulent it's even more important to manage how we deal with the overload of negativity. This year our theme is ‘overwhelm’. Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by global events and what can feel like non-stop negative news.

Self-care doesn’t have to look a certain way.

Some days it’s a walk in nature, other days it’s staying in bed with your favourite show. Sometimes we journal and reflect. Other times we just need to laugh, cry, or do nothing at all.

The point is: self-care is about meeting yourself where you are — not where you think you “should” be.

So let’s check in — which of these self-care choices feel more aligned with you today? ⬇️

As Men’s Mental Health Week comes to a close — and Father’s Day approaches — let’s remember: the work doesn’t end here. It begins again tomorrow.

This week has been a powerful reminder that men’s mental health matters every single day, not just for seven. Behind every quiet smile, every “I’m fine,” there could be someone carrying more than they let on — including the fathers and father-figures who so often feel the need to stay strong for everyone else.

It takes courage to speak up.
It takes strength to be vulnerable.
And it takes a community to create spaces where men feel safe to do both.

So today, let’s celebrate not just the dads we love — but the full emotional lives they carry.
Let’s check in. Let’s keep talking. Let’s remind every man, father or not, that you don’t have to carry it alone.

Wasn't it lovely to see the sun! I totally felt my mood shift and almost felt giddy being in the garden. When the weather is lovely, and the sunlight naturally boosts our mood (upping our serotonin levels - the happy hormone) it's amazing for our Wellbeing!

Remember to get that vitamin D as much as you can by going for a walk or even taking your cuppa outside.

Children’s mental health is crucial as it lays the foundation for their overall well-being and development. Positive mental health in childhood helps children manage stress, build resilience, and develop healthy relationships.
When children feel supported and understood, they are more likely to thrive academically and socially.
Prioritising mental health at an early stage can prevent future issues and promote a happier, healthier future for them.
Signs a child might be struggling include, significant changes in behaviour, ongoing difficulty sleeping, withdrawing from social situations, not wanting to do things they usually like, self-harm or neglecting themselves.
There is lots of support out there to get your child, and you, help with mental health, never neglect it.
