Rainbows End Coaching Rainbows End are dedicated to improving Emotional Wellbeing and Good Mental Health to children, young people and adults.

Rainbows End support people with their Emotional Wellbeing. We deliver Workshops around Resilience and teach tools and techniques to equip people to cope when they are faced with challenges. Our workshops are fun and interesting and activity based so that people get lots out of them with immediate impact. We do a lot of work with schools, universities, teachers, social workers and groups wanting to develop their resilience.

It's World Mental Health Day. Here's some great advice from the Mental Health Foundation about overwhelm. In a world that feels scary, sad and turbulent it's even more important to manage how we deal with the overload of negativity. Wishing everyone a peaceful and calm day with some joy thrown in. ❤️🙏🌈 xx

It's World Mental Health Day - a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters.🌍💜

This year our theme is ‘overwhelm’. Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by global events and what can feel like non-stop negative news.

It’s okay to feel this way and it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you are going through.

Self-care doesn’t have to look a certain way.

Some days it’s a walk in nature, other days it’s staying in bed with your favourite show. Sometimes we journal and reflect. Other times we just need to laugh, cry, or do nothing at all.

The point is: self-care is about meeting yourself where you are — not where you think you “should” be.

So let’s check in — which of these self-care choices feel more aligned with you today? ⬇️

📝 Journaling or 🚶‍♀️ Walking
🧘 Meditation or 🎧 Music
🗣 Talking it out or 🤫 Quiet time
🌙 Early night or 🍿 Netflix marathon
