We also have our very own award-winning pan-Asian restaurant, Fusion, one of the very best restaurants in Durham serving everything from delicious evening meals to afternoon tea with an oriental twist. The recipes are inspired by the cuisine of South East Asia, but prepared using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients to create a menu like no other all served within a relaxed dining environment.
