I remember feeling panic and loosing control with my mind totally blank. When attending an informal interview with a group of other students for a nursing course. It was totally irrational but I took flower remedy for that situation and it calmed my down so that was able to get on the course.

Later in life I hit a crisis in my life and I lacked direction so I sort out a flower remedy practitioner who gave me a bottle to take twice a day for a few weeks. I was then able to take some steps out of the pit that I was in at the time.

I eventually studied flower remedies myself and decided that I want to help people seek the right flower remedies to help them move forward in their current situation and it’s been the best thing that I have done so far. I studied two years with Sara Estelle Turner and became a qualified flower essence/ remedy practitioner. Throughout my journey I connected with the people and using my skills and knowledge and the flower remedies, to help many people to overcome their obstacles in order for them to move forward.

Remember that tools are out there to help, flower remedies are amazing and it’s something that I encourage people to use if it feels right to you.
