We’re excited to welcome Cat Florek to the JP Physio team! 🙌

Cat joins us as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, bringing experience from her time in the NHS, where she supported patients with both acute and long-term conditions.

She’s also part of the Tynedale RFC medical team, helping athletes stay fit, recover from injury, and perform at their best.

Outside of clinic life, Cat’s love for movement doesn’t stop, she’s a keen runner, horse rider, and triathlete who recently completed Ironman 70.3 Berlin.
