Every participant begins with a one-to-one assessment with a physiotherapist, so your exercises are shaped around your movement, your history, and your goals.

Sessions are run in small groups, allowing close guidance and progression, while keeping the supportive, social feel that many people enjoy.

Clinical Pilates can support injury recovery, long-term pain, postural control, joint health, and overall movement quality.

Monday 12:15pm – 1:15pm
Monday 6pm – 7pm
