We’re now exactly three weeks away from our free Clinical Pilates taster sessions at JP Physio, and if you’d like to be in with a chance of winning 12 months of Clinical Pilates membership worth £1800, all you need to do is attend one of the taster sessions.

These sessions are designed to give you a real feel for what our Clinical Pilates group sessions are like before the full programme begins. They’re open to mixed abilities, including beginners.

Unlike standard Pilates you might come across elsewhere, our sessions are led by APPI qualified instructors with a background in physiotherapy, meaning every movement is guided by clinical knowledge and tailored to help you move safely and effectively.

It’s easy to put yourself last when you’ve got a new baby.

But looking after your postnatal recovery now can make a huge difference long term.

Even if you're feeling fine, a postnatal assessment helps identify issues that might not be obvious, like reduced pelvic floor function, abdominal muscle separation, or scar sensitivity.

As part of our new Clinical Pilates taster sessions at JP Physio, we’re running one sports-focused Performance Pilates taster on Thursday 23rd April at 7am.

This is the only taster session with a performance focus, so if you’re a runner, cyclist, weightlifter, footballer, rugby player or someone who trains regularly, this one is designed with you in mind.

Performance Pilates helps to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. It focuses on deep core stability, posture and movement control, helping your body move more efficiently and giving you a stronger base for training and sport
