This week has been like a complete whirlwind and it’s only Thursday! Opportunity after opportunity has come my way and I’m completely blown away.

I can’t even explain the thoughts and feelings going on inside however sharing what I love is something I’ve wanted for so long, yet ME, and the fear of not being good enough completely stood in the way! 🙈 but I’ve said YES!! 🙌🏽

My name is Francesca, a school teacher by day and a a psychic medium by night!

I’m super excited to be hosting a magical workshop, giving an introduction to connecting to our higher selves on both a spiritual and psychic level.
Through the use of cards, connections and energy we will blend with ourselves, others and the spirit world to deliver messages of love and upliftment for ourselves and others.

✨ Mid week meditation ✨

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine the sky above you.

Clouds drift slowly, never rushing, never forcing their path. Each one forms, changes, and dissolves without resistance.
Thoughts can be like that too—appearing, shifting, and fading when you let them move freely.

Breathe in gently.

As you inhale, picture a soft cloud forming—light, spacious, calm. As you exhale, let it stretch and thin, dissolving into the open sky. There is nothing to hold onto. Nothing to push away.
Just the quiet rhythm of appearing and disappearing.
If a thought feels heavy, place it on a cloud.
Watch it float. Watch it change shape. Watch it drift beyond the horizon.
Above it all, the sky remains—wide, steady, untouched.

Rest there for a moment.
