Join me for a 6-week yoga course designed to gently support your body and mind. This nurturing vinyasa flow is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to return to the basics in a calm, welcoming space.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore mindful movement that connects breath with flow, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and develop greater body awareness. Each class is thoughtfully paced, with clear guidance and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
Expect a balanced practice that leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed, and more at ease, with time to unwind and reset at the end of each session. This course is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and create a sustainable yoga practice you can carry into everyday life.
