The award-winning Rivergreen Centre, located close to the centre of the City of Durham in North East England, rates as one of the most environmentally friendly office buildings in the UK. Individual serviced offices range in size from single person rooms to open plan schemes accommodating up to 50 people or more. Lease terms are highly flexible. Rooms are available on an all-inclusive basis or as a basic rent plus service charge. You can talk to us about hiring or renting on an ad-hoc basis, as a managed office on a short term or longer term basis, a virtual office location, hot desking, etc. The range of available offices to rent changes on a regular basis so please call to discuss exactly what you need. We will do all we can to accommodate your business requirements and help you service your customers. Durham is a great business location. County Durham is well placed to service all parts of the UK with the East Coast Main LIne and the AI(M) Motorway giving north/south access to all parts of the country as well as the bigger commercial cities of North East England. Endeavour Woodcrafts CIC provide training and education in Woodwork and crafts, taking great pride in producing high quality bespoke products for both the home and garden.

All their profits are invested back into the business thus allowing it to thrive and grow and build confidence in our service users.
