When we first introduced group walks we thought this would be the perfect opportunity for women to get together, have a chat and make a difference. Due to consistent low numbers and not much interest we have decided to cancel group walks for now. Due to home commitments its not feasible at this time . Hope everyone understands

Our ladies have had another fab session this morning with Crafty Ceramics painting some fabulous pottery at St Johns Hall Meadowfield! Thank you so much for joining us again and to Caroline for hosting the session!! It’s so great to see everyone’s artistic talents 🙌🏻😍 such a great way to start a Sunday morning 🎨🖌️🫖🫶🏻

The weather isn’t great but we are still out walking each week where it is possible on a Wednesday evening at 6pm and also a Sunday evening at 5:15pm 🚶💕
We wrap up warm and just do a little walk around the local street lit areas to have a natter and stretch our legs with a bit of company 🥰 it really does work wonders to finish off the day with some very steady exercise and a good old chin wag ☺️ feel free to join us on our next one 🫶🏻💕

What a way to start the morning !! 🌅🧘‍♀️

This morning the lovely Lesley Namratadevi Wood held a yoga class that was themed around opening up all of our breathing spaces, finding our voice and intention setting. The session finished with Yoga Nidra to help to deeply relax the body and soothe our busy minds. Thankyou to everyone who came along, we hope you all enjoyed it 🥰

We are already looking into doing another session with lesley very soon so watch this space ! 💓

We have began our activities of 2025 and what a fabulous evening we have had at the Crystal wellbeing workshop with Sound Healing by Willow Wisp Wellness and the lovely Paula!!

It was such a rewarding and educating evening! I know I’ve learnt a lot myself so I hope everyone else did too! Paula gave us lots of wonderful information about working with crystals, what each crystal can help us with and also some helpful tips around our Shakras, the colour therapy based around these and the way the crystals help too!

At the end we all got a fabulous gift of crystals from Paula and we all set our intentions with our new crystals whilst listening to the beautiful sounds of the Alchemy Crystal singing bowls 🙌🏻💎

Thank you so much Paula! I hope we can do something similar again soon 💕💎🥰

We would just like to say a HUGE Thank you to the amazing Sue Anderson and everyone at Tesco Langley Moor! They have done a big Christmas Raffle to raise funds for us and for Man Club and the final total is outstanding. We are so very grateful to Sue for her continued support for us and her generosity! Today 13 lovely ladies have had a very festive morning painting with the fabulous Caroline from Crafty Ceramics st St Johns Hall Meadowfield🎄🎅🏻 I think you will agree that there were some fab creations made and we can’t wait to see the finished products once they have been glazed and popped into the Kiln 🥰🙌🏻 we can’t wait for our next session in the new year 🌸 thank you to everyone who came along and participated in the session and to Caroline again for her expertise with the session 🩷
