The REALITY of THE QUOTES !!!
No judgement is given, but we do deliver awareness - once a client is aware then change may happen.
Each client where I’m sharing their ‘food quotes’ have agreed to our posting these anonymously to ultimately help others seeking the reality of the quotes.
Today’s clients quotes are:
Client 1:
I eat really healthy - FACTS are: a calorie controlled diet that is full of FALSE fillers & chemicals, no vegetables, no fibre, no REAL protein and lots of fizzy drinks !!
Their version of health meant:
Breakfast = fruit and fibre cereal
lunch = jacket potatoe, cheese & beans
Dinner = egg foo young takeaway with boiled rice
Other items
3 skinny latte
4 Diet Coke
1 monster energy drink
1 protein bar
1 snack a jack packet of crisp
2 large wines
There is nothing in this day that says HEALTH and nothing in this day to keep the bowel functioning as it should
The rest of the week didn’t look much better.
Client 2:
I eat really well and go to the gym twice a week
I just don’t poo properly.
Breakfast: flavoured porridge cooked in the microwave
Lunch: home cooked chicken fried rice & soy sauce with a biscuit or 2 afterwards
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise & rice with a garlic bread
Drinks: 8-12 cups of instant coffee
2 lattes with sugar or caramel
Approx 8 biscuits per day
2 - 3 chocolate bars per day
Again there is nothing in this day that says I eat really well, and nothing in this day to keep the bowel functioning as it should
Client 3:
I don’t have a problem with my food and only have a takeaway twice per week.
Breakfast: porridge with banana and honey
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich and crisps
Dinner: Omlette with cheese and beans
4 breakfast tea
5-6 instant coffees
1 biscuit with every cuppa
1 Fanta orange
2 protein yoghurts with a scoop of protein powder
2 toast with butter and jam
There is a slight improvement with the porridge and banana and the eggs in the omelette
However other than this there is nothing in this day that says I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DIET and VERY LITTLE in this day to keep the bowel functioning as it should
Client 4:
I’m on a diet, I’ve lost 8stone so far but my diet is quite healthy.
On first check all sounds good
THE REALITY
1 breakfast bar (squares cereal bar)
Multiple instant coffees and cappuccinos
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: homemade soup (transpires as a Tesco carton souo) with a bread bun
2 Chocolate bars per day or
Tea cake or scone or donut
Again there is nothing in this day that says HEALTH or BALANCED DIET and nothing in this day to keep the bowel functioning as it should
None of these clients drink regular, filtered water
Only 1 of these clients confessed to 1-2 glasses of water per day.
All of these clients have left with a plan of action on how to regulate their bowels and a food plan to support ther journey.
