What a beautiful autumn day in Witton Gilbert! Birds heard this morning were Robin, Crow, Great Tit, Chaffinch, Dunnock, Goldcrest, Mistle Thrush, Long-tailed Tit, Nuthatch, Blackbird, Jackdaw, Wren, and Blackcap! We have a lovely walk every Friday, leaving from outside the church at around 10am. It's a beautiful time of year to walk!

Starting tomorrow, our men's group will be making Christmas Eve boxes to raise funds for Breathing Space and CHAD every Monday morning. Please come along and help us with woodwork or decorating the boxes, whatever you'd like to do.

Our fabulous 'Find Your Voice' session with Stronger Together's Stronger in Song and the wonderful Katherine! We hope to be able to bring you more of this soon, watch this space!

Today, we want to highlight Stronger Together, Stronger in Song, an amazing project we were able to fund. They offered ‘Find Your Voice’ sessions, a course on how to be more confident and happy with your voice, whatever your voice may be. And everyone absolutely loved it!

They said: “The sessions were enormously well received, with 34 individuals attending, an excellent number for a totally new service compared to others provided at that venue. We have already received many requests for further sessions!”

We LOVE being able to fund incredible projects like this. Singing is for everyone, no matter who you are, where you're from, or your ability. Courses like ‘Find Your Voice’ are proof of that. So why not reach out to that community singing group you read about or choir that you’ve been thinking about joining? Today’s the perfect day to make that step!! 🎶

**Help needed!** Are you handy at woodwork? Or do you have an arty/crafty eye? Do you have time to spare on a Monday morning? Come along and help us to make some Christmas Eve boxes to raise funds for our charity and for local children's organisation CHAD. No need to book, just turn up and pitch in. Starting 3rd November.

If you have a space on Woodland Wonders please check your emails (and spam perhaps) for registration requests. If you have done one within a year you're all good, if you've done one over a year ago you will need to just check over the information we have, and if you have not done one it's essential that we receive on as soon as possible. It's a short form, things such as allergies, emergency contacts etc, the information we need to best support all the children. The form is found here if you think you need to do one and haven't had the email for any reason

This form must be completed by a parent or guardian of the child registered for Woodland Wonders. A separate form must be completed for each child.
