Sunday 1st February 2026 3-6..30pm we are bringing several local businesses together to give you an amazing afternoon of fitness and wellbeing. Suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to intermediate.
The afternoon will start with an hour of Pilates with Kel, followed by food and drink from Together Lounge and closing with a sound bath from Alison’s Holistic bubble.
Work your body, eat & refresh then find your calm to finish. Did I also mention there’s a gorgeous goody bag ready to lift your spirits brighter?

These are Tuning forks.
I use them for Chakra balancing and for Sound Therapy as I am today.

Everything is vibrating, as the sound waves come in contact with your body, they try to pass through, doing so, they break down blockages, these may be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
This is how we release.

I trained in Sound Therapy over 6yrs ago & Reiki 8 yrs ago now, and have loved it.
I trained indivualy to use The Singing bowls, The drum, The gong, The voice and Tuning Forks, using these in Sound Therapy treatments.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher, offering Reiki & Shamanic Reiki as one to one treatments, in my private cabin in Lanchester.
Monthly I combine these instruments to give wonderful group Sound baths treatments, and also run very small group Reiki/Shamanic journey sessions
in Lanchester community centre.
