📣 Aberdeen Training Centre Closure!!

☃️ Due to the huge volume of snow, we're currently experiencing across NE Scotland, we have made the decision to close our Aberdeen Survival Training centre on Tuesday 6th of January.

📧 Please check your emails if you're unsure if this includes your course. All delegates impacted have been contacted by email, if we haven't already managed to reach you by phone.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, the safety of our staff and delegates is our primary concern and we believe this is right action to take.

If you were due to train with us tomorrow, you will be rebooked onto an alternative course on a convenient date. Our customer experience team will be in touch to arrange this or you can reach them directly on:

Meet Martin Bailey — our new Gas Trainer in Liverpool! 👋

Starting his journey in Gas Distribution back in 1995 as a Labourer, Martin worked his way up to Service Layer, then Main Layer, before becoming a Competent Person in 2000. His progression didn’t stop there as he was promoted to Supervisor in 2003 and reached a career highlight in 2019, becoming an Authorising Engineer.

Now, Martin’s stepping into training with one clear motivation: to share the knowledge, skills, and lessons he’s gained over nearly three decades in the industry.

Last week, Graeme Wood, Head of Skills & Education at RelyOn, collected our gold award! ⭐🌟

RelyOn received the Gold Award from the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme; the highest accolade for organisations that demonstrate exceptional support to the Armed Forces community.

At RelyOn, our commitment to the military community is embedded throughout our organisation. Looking to obtain a Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training certification?

BOSIET certifications are required to work offshore, as it teaches important survival skills in case of an emergency. In addition to your BOSIET certificate, you must also have;
👉Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST) Certification
👉OGUK Medical
👉Fit to Train
👉Shoulder Measurement

Undertaking these additional courses separately can be expensive, which is why we have created bundles to allow you to get all the required qualifications under one roof for huge saving! RelyOn's BOSIET courses start from just £700*.

You can complete this training in Aberdeen, Teesside and now in Glasgow, thanks to RelyOn's acquisition of Clyde Training Solutions!

Once you complete your BOSIET, you'll be certified for four years. To retain your certification you must then do a Further Offshore Emergency Training, FOET.
