🌼 Easter Reminder – Please Order Medications on Time

As Easter approaches, we kindly ask all our patients to order your repeat medications in good time — but no more than 7 days before they are due.

⏳ GP surgeries will not process requests placed more than 7 days early, so ordering too soon may lead to delays.

📞 You can always phone us to request your repeats. We’re continuously working to make reaching us by phone easier.

🏥 You’re also welcome to visit the pharmacy to place your order.

📱 Or, if you prefer, you can request your repeats using the NHS Wales app.

Service Update – Monday 16th February

On Monday 16th February, between 13:00 and 17:00, we will be switching energy provider and having a SMART meter installed.
During this period, there may be temporary disruption to our usual systems while the electricity is off.

What this means for you:

• We will still be able to hand out all prepared prescriptions.
• There may be a delay in processing walk‑in prescriptions during the outage.
• To minimise disruption, we are allocating additional staff time to prepare and complete prescriptions in advance, helping ensure a smoother transition.

Zapain / co-codamol was on manufacturer’s delay BUT the stock is back now. As the prescriptions for Zapain have 28 day expiry, please could you promptly pick up as soon as you get your text message.
