I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, and functional movement therapy.

I work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their movement.
