Today, we cleared seven lifetimes of 'survival mode' and provider pressure for a client who had forgotten how to rest. By awakening her Divine Feminine energy, we moved from 'hustle' to 'flow.'

We ended the session with a card pull that offered powerful angelic confirmation of her shift toward a life of greater flow and grace.✨

Yesterday, I had the most beautiful day teaching Reiki Level 1.

The sun was shining, the energy was pure light & magic, and my heart was overflowing with gratitude 💖

After 16 years of working with this incredible energy, I’ve always dreamed of one day sharing it with others… and yesterday, that dream came true.

To attune another soul to the universal life force of Reiki was such a sacred and humbling experience 🙏🏼✨

FRESH NEW START

They say you choose your body when your soul is free of hate you see it for its wonder and the joy it will create

and then throughout your childhood you pay no heed nor care to the way your flesh is growing or the wave within your hair

it starts when neuro-pathways in your brain begin to form based on how you're loved and the examples you are shown

and so those little pathways are joined to pathways new the ones that carry feelings from your heart to be reviewed

and if those neurons fuse with the wrong emotion-spark it's safe to say your life will ever play out in the dark

so take your time to grow the pathways of your mind and don't think it's too late there is time to break that bind

just hold your shoulders tight in a hug straight from your heart meet your eyes right in the mirror and make a fresh new start.
