Happy new year everyone! ✨️ Thanks so much as always for your support.
2025 has been a great year for me personally & professionally.

I'm starting the year with a couple of spaces in my earlier Wednesday Pilates Class due to clients being away in sunnier climates!

The class is 5.20 - 6.05pm and suitable for anyone over the age of 50 for a varied class focusing on not just pilates but added balance work too!

Enjoying the last of the flowers in the garden before the change in weather.

It made me think, for lots of people with reduced mobility, the change in weather can result in them not leaving the house or being fearful of falling when they do.
