Enjoying the last of the flowers in the garden before the change in weather.

It made me think, for lots of people with reduced mobility, the change in weather can result in them not leaving the house or being fearful of falling when they do.
Balance, mobility and strengthening exercises can help improve your confidence and ultimately your quality of life.

I've had lots of new likes recently so wanted to do a quick intro 😊

My name is Beth and I'm a Specialist Physiotherapist in Neuro Rehab. I work part time within the NHS and also part time in my family business.

I have also taught Pilates for 7 years and my main goal as a Physio is to help people feel listened too and for them to feel better than they did at the start of the session.
I have experience in a wide range of settings but have a real passion for Neuro Rehab and love being part of people's journeys.
I have done additional courses in Bobath, Spinal Cord Injuries, Spasticity management, LSVT Big for Parkinson's Disease & Pilates for Neurological conditions, to name a few!

I have lived locally in Eaglescliffe for all of my life and am looking to take on a small number of clients locally, whether this be for a one off assessment following a recent diagnosis or multiple sessions for rehab following a recent discharge from hospital.

I've got 2 spaces for classes starting in September!
I am a Specialist Physiotherapist practising Pilates.
Classes are on a Wednesday night at Eaglescliffe Methodist Church.

5.20 - 6.05pm - 1 Space, perfect for all ages - NOW FILLED

6.15 - 7pm - 1 Space - NOW FILLED

Each exercise can be made as easy or as hard as you like and numbers are kept small to make sure any moves can be tweaked if needed.
